We have been talking about moving to Florida for a few years, but nothing concrete. And then….

2/5/26

Deirdre: I am ready to move to Florida. 

Gary: When?

Deirdre: By November.

Gary: We better start looking soon then. When do you want to go down to look?
Deirdre: Next week.

Gary: !!!!!

2/10/26- We are on a plane to Florida.

2/14/26- We put an offer in.

2/15/26- We ratified our contract.

2/26/26- Home Inspection is complete. 

4/30/26- We close.
